“There are dreamers and there are doers.”

Like many Canadians, my parents immigrated here after the second world war, and I am proud to call Canada my home.
I chose Markham as the place to live and raise my family because of its safe neighbourhoods, excellent schools, strong amenities, and responsible approach to taxes.

Preserving and strengthening these qualities takes ongoing effort. That is why I have been actively involved in the community for decades through volunteer work and as past President of the Cornell Ratepayers Association, advocating for the interests of my neighbours.

Driven by a commitment to public service, I also served on the Markham Cornell Advisory Group, helping ensure city planning and development reflected the needs of our rapidly growing community.

After earning a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree, I worked in corporate communications, advertising and interactive media. In 1997, I founded Armantus Inc., which I successfully built and managed – eventually employing 12 skilled professionals.

I was first elected as Markham Ward 5 Councillor in 2018 and was honoured to be re-elected in 2022. I have a well-earned reputation for doing my homework, being tenacious and protecting your hard-earned tax dollars.

Accessible, responsive, and effective are the principles that guide everything I do.

I hope I can count on your continued trust and support.
